Our trip to Nottingham was fabulous and the last evening we had pre booked Mowgli a couple of weeks in advance and we were looking forward to it, but I have to say it wasn’t for me, wasn’t authentic Indian food,from my perspective. It’s a bit like when you see a picture of a McDonald’s Big Mac and when you get the Big Mac it’s nothing like the picture. Tasted cheap. Overpriced.the brand pulls you in to be disappointed with the food, my son enjoyed his food and yes he had about 4 dishes to satisfy his hunger, mostly meat based. Being a good cook myself you count up the cost of what the ingredients would cost and I truly believe it’s a rip off, looks nothing like the pictures on the website.you can see from the photo how much rice there was, I paid the service charge also the donation to the charity, with no qualms, I just won’t be back.

We were in a large group and did the axe throwing and shuffleboard. Cocktails were well worth the money. They were strong and tasted great. The site was clean, easy to understand instructions, easy to find and generally well maintained boards for the axe throwing. I would NOT recommend the shuffle board. They are using the wrong stuff on the table and it makes the shuffleboard unusable for games as the biscuit (the disc) slides off to easy. Felt like an inconvenience to the staff however. We had one staff member who was brilliant and 2 that seemed they wanted the shift over. Good experience 3.7 out of 5 stars truthfully.

I was really looking forward to booking with these guys, having been given a gift voucher for my birthday. Working at antisocial hours meant that I first contacted them via email. After a few preliminary emails back and forth about booking a slot, I didn't receive any further response confirming my booking. I then emailed a few more times to see whether I could use the voucher, and received no response again. I tried calling a fair few times but no one answered, and I left a message on their Instagram account. Sadly, I wasn't able to go to the shop to enquire, as I live far away, and now my voucher has now expired. I'm quite sad about this as they clearly seem to do some amazing workshops and everyone seems to really enjoy them! I am probably just someone who slipped through the cracks, but I feel like this was quite an unprofessional way of managing enquiries.
