Had the Elk burger. And the wife had the 1/3 lb reg burger. I didn’t order the normal plum sauce though. It came on a weird wheat bun. The meat was dry even after plastering it mustard and ketchup and had a different taste. Not too bad. But I wouldn’t order it again. $11.50? I think it needs season all for a better flavor. The food was great. The breakfast was top notch. My only minor complaint was the biscuits being more bread-like then biscuit. We also got unique burgers that were delicious as well as fried pickles and onion rings. I felt the fried pickles were a bit lacking but the ranch was great. Server was great. Atmosphere was very busy but friendly. Booths were a bit rough for 3 guys to fit into.
I would definitely revisit again.

By far the best whataburger we’ve been to! The woman at the drive-thru window (I believe she was the manager) is the nicest person, she made sure our order was correct and made sure my iced coffee was perfect before we left. Whataburger Canton cares more about their pickup orders than customers that come in to their store. To my surprise today they have moved their now "1" handicap spot to the back of the building by the trash can. They have replaced their handicap spots at the front door with pick up orders spots. I only go by this Whataburger for breakfast, and I only go through the drive through. The morning service people are always very professional, and friendly.
My one complaint is they are under staffed for the time slot I arrive which is approximately 4:30AM. If you are the only car in the drive it is no problem, but if you get as few as two vehicles in front of you, then the wait could be 20 minutes to get you food.

Have had to deal with “Jacob” the manager at this Canton location, in the drive through more than once. The first time was burgers with no meat at all and he was rude and replied to drive back for a refund if anything. This is a small town and we are 20 min away. Tonight Jacob called the police on us over 6 sweet and sour sauces. Stating we ordered 21 sauces. We got none. I had started videoing when he was rude to my wife. At this point im aggravated with them. I used to come here alot. And then everytime they mess up. I order things and its almost alot of times they forget stuff. Also I ordered the monopoly game pieces on the mobile app and when I get there the drive thru not one single menu item had the pieces. It was literally under the monopoly part of the app. I get these for someone who collects them and wouldn't have ordered them if I would have known I wouldn't be getting them. Tried to use code on the app only to be told that it didn’t work and to show them at the window when I pulled up they then told me the code had been entered to many times and to refresh my app which then reported the points being taken out of my account and asked what they could do to correct this. The manager at that point ignored us and the young girl at the window said they couldn’t do anything about the app or even offer to just fix it on their end seeing that we were using the code from the app. The manager has NO customer experience at all and treats customers with ZERO respect. Will never come back to this location.

Used to be a great place to get food and the wait used to be manageable! Don't normally do one stars on places I visit but the wait is getting terrible!
