We often order from here knowing delivery can be slow but tonight was a whole new level. We were told 1-1.5 hours for delivery, it actually took nearly 3 hours! The sauces were tasteless and over powering with spice, and you could taste the grease. On top of that, the meat tasted boiled and slimy. The service was okay but didnt feel all that welcoming to be honest got the feeling like staff didn’t want to be there. We got our food, I got a smothered chicken the chicken breast was really thin (this was not a full chicken breast at all) which was dry as it was grilled to a crisp, had no BBQ sauce on it and the smallest piece of bacon on the top covered in cheese with under cooked chips a bit of salad and that was it. On arrival we were greeted by one of the lovely young staff members, who took us to a table by the window which was fantastic as the views are just stunning.
