We were given a high table which is unsafe for 2 toddlers. It seemed like a hassle for the waitress to move us to another table. Ruby's is pretty much the only bar with a good sized beer garden and while it's fairly upmarket in design there's still a pool table and plenty of space. I have ordered out of this store 3 times now just incase they were having a bad day the last time I ordered but it has been the same everytime. I don't like to leave poor reviews but we ordered on a Saturday night at 7.15 pm and at 8 pm there was still no sign of our food so I called the store. The staff member was pleasant enough and said it was on the way with 1 delivery before us. It came at about 8.20 pm and the entire order was cold. We ate it anyway as we'd both been at work all day and were starving! The sauce on the chicken wings had leaked through and I would describe them as runny rather than sticky as they're meant to be. It's hard to rate the food as obviously it would be nicer if was hot. The delivery staff member did apologise and said they were very busy but it would have been better to call customers in this situation ahead of time. We live about 2 minutes drive from centre of town and if I had to guess, I'd say our order was sat in the car and delivered last on the drivers way back to the store.
