The whole time I'm watching the clock so we can enjoy our food, hopefully, and still have time to pick up our children. Not once was our drinks refilled even though they were both empty for awhile. My husband was not given steak sauce even though we asked 4 times. My fries were very cold and felt like they were old. Yes I sound like I'm being knit picky but the whole evening was ruined and I would understand all this if there was a packed restaurant and they were short handed but last night we counted several waitresses and a few of them kept just standing around talking. When I even brought up about his steak she seemed so mad and stomped off to grab a plate to take it back. I wouldn't even call it Italian honestly. It was bland and unseasoned. The bread was the best part of the entire meal. Whenever you get your check, it's written like an invoice with no total. They don't actually have your total on there, you have to manually calculate it up yourself. Unless you just want to go straight to the cash register and pay then I'll preface the next thing by saying this. This location is an old Montana Mike's steakhouse. It closed down several years ago. I don't think the new owners did anything to make it feel Italian. It still feels like an old country steakhouse that just so happens to serve watered down Italian food.
