Didn't stay in the hotel or gamble though. Restaurant is located is the lower level and is buffet style. Decent selection with generous portions (especially the prime rib) and a good dessert bar. It was an off-time when there so only a couple of tables besides mine (small family, couple) were busy during my visit. Parking could be tricky when the downtown area i crowded but I found a spot about a block away. Going to have to stop in again if I come back to Deadwood.

My wife's was not only tough but half of it was nothing but grizzle. After reading other reviews unfortunately there were other reviews complaining about the meat served at FLYT. This "steakhouse" is located in beef country but this filet was definitely not quality beef. I guess luckily for FLYT they are located within a hotel where they have a ready supply of first time customers otherwise given the competition in town they would not survive if they continue to serve this quality of beef.
