Ceviche came out fast then the wait was 15 to 20 minutes or more despite there being only two other tables. The Italian dish came with linguini that was rubbery and not properly cooked doused in an enormous amount of Pomodoro sauce. The seafood was some medium shrimp, flavorless calamari rings and included a small crab (similar to the size we’d had at beach restaurants) and some minuscule mussels (or maybe they were clams) that all had the shells unopened which is a sign of either undercooking or the seafood not being fresh.
