Service wise I can't fault, for the only waitperson that was on duty that evening, I thought that she did an amazing job serving about 20+ customers (greeting, taking orders, making drinks, bringing out food and handing the cashier - all done by one staff member). Something else I noticed was the ambience - no background music made it a little awkward as I could hear everything people was talking about. I saw speakers on the walls so maybe it the music wasn't turned on. Overall though, I don't mind going back to Sails the next time I stop by Carnarvon.

We've tried a few places around Carnarvon, now this place doesn't look like much it's an older place some would say "low budget" but for a historic hotel it's not bad. The staff are extremely friendly. Even with a packed house the other night we didn't feel the wait was too long. Tonight we tried some Pizza and I wasn't expecting them to be as big or as good as they were, absolutely amazing for taste, good distribution and cooked to perfection. Their Parmigiana was also as big and as good, the curry serves are huge and again so tastey. Definitely give this place a try... Kids? Their kids menu is great and generous servings. It most certainly wasn't scotch fillet, and their definition of vegetables was from a frozen pack and consisted of diced carrot, peas and corn. Will most certainly never be back and would definitely not be recommending to anybody.
