Perhaps offer a discounted room rate for these internal rooms so people can decide when their booking as I feel I paid quite a high rate for this shoebox which I’m sad to say has turned me off booking the hotel again ! Also the area has gotten very bad around the hotel I know this is out of your control just feel I should mention it I wouldn’t be comfortable to stay with my kids there again either !
