Very untrained and unprofessional people are handling this hotel. We faced lot of issues. We booked the hotel for 4 nights, and the first very day, we reached at around 11 pm. We were provided two rooms on third floor ( rooms were matching with what was shown in oyo rooms app ), but there was no lift in the hotel, it was still under construction. Then, we entered the room which was clean enough, but as soon as I enterd the washroom, urine drops were there all over on the toilet seats. When asked the staff to get it cleaned, I was responded back by sayig that we don't have sweeper at this time. U will have to manage. Then, at 12 when we called the reception, no-one picked up the call. The next very day we left the keys on the reception for room service and came back at 11 in the night, and guess what, we found the room as it was in the morning. Though, after complaining, room was cleaned then only but again for washroom, no one was there. On repeatedly asking for it, a person cleaned the washroom and toilet seat was being cleaned with floor mop which was highly dirty and unhygienic. Washroom tap was with impoper fitting and shower was also not working properly. Somehow they repaired it. We booked two rooms, so in the other room the fan was making drastic noise that was persistent for 2 nights. Though it was repaired later. At night when we called the reception, no one picked up. We asked for warm drinking water, but they said kitchen is closed. We even tried to contact oyo, but nothing happened. Next day, at night we were waiting at the reception to collect photographs, on which one of the staff member said, u cannot sit here. Go back to your room. It's our sleeping time. We even tried to vacate early, but no help from oyo was provided. In the mess of all this, the manager of hotel, Mr. Thakur, was kind and sophisticated and was the only person who knew, how to deal with the customers. I would not recommend this hotel due to untrained staff and unprofessionalism.
