The positives - location is great, we didn’t have a sea view but was glad about that as we got to see a flock of bright green parakeets on the opposite buildings each morning. There is a bag drop off which is appreciated and which we made use of. The catering staff are fab; particularly the chap who hosted, he had put a reserved placard on our table this morning so we could sit in the same place as the day before and remembered what drinks we’d had. He and the team there are superb, the breakfast menu was excellent and the food very good, a nice selection of continental too. Also wi-fi is very good, no issues. We did enjoy our stay despite the ups and downs and, if ever in Broadstairs again, would stay again.
