Both me and my gf were already so pissed I told her to go wait in the car well I then had to go retrieve my receipt from my gf or else I couldn't get a refund. Only for the manager to have my food prepared which means amidst his freak out they found what was supposed to be my order. Naturally it was cold at that point but it was free so I took it but I waited over 30 minutes for a huge inconvenience and cold food. At this point I will not be returning to this panda express. I've had too many bad experiences. If I'm hungry I can't risk them not having food prepared or just screwing everything up so bad you wait for 30+ minutes on food that should already be prepared.
