The chicken never disappoints that we finished eating it as we walked our way up to the park. The drive thru employees were very friendly. I've taken my kids to this place via drive through and more than once I've been treated as if I am getting free food vs a paying costumer and get this I called back to ask for a store manager and I was asked what for? Made reservations online. Seated immediately. Greeting was great. Server happened to be the only disappointment. I think he (Dan) was overwhelmed with how busy he was. He forgot to come back and take out order. A few tables seated after us were getting meals before we even placed ours. Having said that, I had my coffee thermos so I was appeased. The Food was OUTSTANDING. I mean... amazing. Loved loved loved it! Will be back! The floor manager or FOH manager was amazing.

The food here is amazing. I wish the service matched. We had to flag down the server a couple of times when we needed something including beverage refills and the check. Another server bumped our table everyone she went past. She was clearly hustling, doing her job, but not once did she apologize or give any indication or acknowledgement that she was disrupting out meal. We ended up moving our table to give her more room.
The atmosphere was very loud because the sound echos. It made it difficult to talk at our table.
