Chef must of been going out for the smoke breaks too and forgot about my meal. Wondering if he decided cooking it with a Bic's lighter would make for a better flame than an industrial oven. Finally was delighted to see a manager around, as at this point I thought he did not exist. He was walking around the dining area, and asked us how our meal was. I don't think he expected to hear such unimpressed comments, as it seemed he did not even take our comments seriously. We told him waited an hour for our food, and all he could mumble was "sorry, it is busy" as he stood in his vacant dining room. We then proceeded to show him the raw meat and he said "oh wow well sorry maybe just eat around it"... thanks for the food poisoning. Not sure how regulars to this restaurants are still alive with these cooking standards. After finally getting the debit machine after thirty minutes of having the bill, we were finally able to pay.
