We paid per perosn per hour, considering most people didn’t show up until 7pm and a lot of people informed me they only had one drink I feel robbed. Obviously we were upset by this and management was unreasonable so they called the police. My sister also brought a piñata for my birthday that was filled with minis that we put to the side and no one opened or drank these. The establishment then used this (outside alcohol) to kick out the entire party early after we paid a rental fee until 9pm. Majority of our friends drove in from other cities and flew in from different states and to have police kick everyone out was devastating. Overall Reds ruined my engagement party and birthday and their management/staff are some of the worst I’ve ever met. I could not believe this place could be so cruel and completely unreasonable. While they still might believe otherwise, there were no more than 30 people drinking the batched drink and we ABSOLUTELY did not get our moneys worth. If you ever consider having your event here I would reconsider.
