We got VIP tickets and I reached out ahead of time with concerns about needing to sit due to back issues. And they were super friendly and told me that there are benches both down in the main area and in the VIP section. And what I could do if that didn't help. So that was great. DON'T be fooled too much by "VIP". You are kinda inside and there are ceiling fans and you have your own bar .. that's great ... NO long lines. I believe there is a limited number of VIP tickets sold so it's not overly crowded. But we didn't go to drink we went for the band and the music!! There were limited number benches that were claimed, (and we got in there pretty quiclky) and the folks had moved them to the window like openings. It was alittle higher than the rest of the crowd but with the angle, walls and it being one level it made it pretty difficult to see the show. I got lucky thanks to someone letting me have a chair and a sweet family letting us sit next to them .. they allowed my hubby to sit on the bench they claimed. The bench infront of us could have scooted in to allow atleast one person to sit with them. But in the end I'm glad they didn't a young handicapped man was wheeled in to the side and they kinda moved for him. Other than him you could NOT sit and watch the show unless on the front bench. It would have been just as good if we'd gone to the stage. Parking is kinda crazy. They do allow vip to skip the long line and enter in a separate line. Get there early if you want a good spot for general and VIP. Another thing we dealt with was a completely drunk guy climbing into VIP to go to our bar .. which no biggie except climbing in meant climbing on or pushing folks. And we would stand just outside of VIP on the wall blocking people sitting. I think he ended up passing out on the bathroom floor. There's bathrooms and there are port a potties. General is out in the open so if it rains .. It's a great and it is a cool venue ... but not sure I'd go again ... if I do I'd get there in time to stand at the stage.
