No issues at all, we were there when they opened for the day. Staff are attentive and lovely but they don't smother you which i appreciate so much. Atmosphere is calm and the music was so good. My carrots had more flavour than my lamb and the red wine sauce if I'm being honest. All in all we still left feeling full, but not gross, and a little spoilt for our outing which was nice and what you hope from good fresh food. We ordered the Surf and Turf Platter and the Street Food Platter to share. The quality of the food was excellent, and the meats were cooked to perfection. We especially enjoyed the boiled egg, mussels, and clams. Unfortunately, the marinades were overwhelmingly sweet for us, and the garlic sauce while clearly loved by others tasted more like sugary butter than the savoury, buttery garlic flavour we expected. There were a couple of misses: the potatoes were accidentally left out of the sauce and arrived plain and flavourless, the baby octopus was deep fried and overly salty with soggy batter by the time it reached our table, and the dumplings were served cold we weren’t sure if that was intentional or a mishap. That said, we still had a lovely time and genuinely enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly, the presentation was beautiful, and the restaurant had a fun, vibrant atmosphere.
