I waited 20 minutes for this and when it came it was made incorrectly, I asked for it to be rectified which I was told would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I asked what was going on and I was told "THERE HAS BEEN AN ISSUE WITH WRONG ORDERS ON THE GRIDDLE, ANOTHER 5 MINUTES PLEASE". I waited 5 minutes and still no food. I asked to speak to a manager who came over unapologetic and said "WHAT HAVE YOU ORDERED?" I then explained the story to which he said "SORRY IT'S ON THE HOUSE"... still no food!!! The toast came, stiff, dense and unprepared. It was terrible. The manager then brought out some free chocolate strawberries but at this point I was totally over it. Disgusting service and awful meal. Just go elsewhere and don't give them your hard earned money or precious time. I will never be back to this abysmal hellhole.
