I have been going there for a few years and always have a wonderful time, the staff are lovely and have a great memory, one in particular remembers my order every time, ngl I kinda have a bit crush on that one 🏳️🌈, but they don't know. It's a great atmosphere and they make the coffees beautifully and tasty.

Always love the staff, food and atmosphere at Bewiched. Visted this morning and was served by two amazing people (Hollie & Ed) but every single time I go in every single member of staff are absolutely amazing. A decision to venture out of our usual “hunting ground” found us discovering this cozy little gem.
A small, but concise menu of sandwiches/bagels/wraps paired with DELICIOUS coffee and seasonal coffee treats! The shop is inviting and tastefully decorated with limited seating down stairs and an overflow upstairs section.
Pity there were no plated breakfast options, but with limited kitchen space it is expected.
Our selection was a Large Caramel Latte and a Gingerbread Latte (divine).
A breakfast wrap and a Salmon and Cream Cheese Bagel.
The wrap was served “hot” which in my opinion is perfect for a breakfast wrap, my partner claimed it was “VOLCANIC” - the way I like my food.
The bagel was sadly a massive letdown, although super tasty and well seasoned … the bagel itself was tough and chewy.
Other than that it was a warm and inviting experience with pleasant staff and polite service.
Towards the end of our meal the shop was full and there was a table of 4 (of what I would assume were locals) who dominated conversation, thankfully we were done and swiftly moved on.
Our recommendation - a takeaway option is best, if the tables aren’t occupied it is a lovely sit down for a quick bite.

Popped into this cafe by chance as the costa next door was closing for the day & we are so glad we did! The service was amazing, the two people working were very friendly & brought our drinks over to us very quickly.
The hot chocolate was delicious & we were very happy with the sizes. The closer drink is a medium & the further away one is a small - it made us wonder what the large looked like!

Decided to give them a try for a change and was not disappointed - maybe not a vast place but was served in a really friendly manner and the coffee was just superb also noticed a tempting array of cakes/food all a bit different to usual expectations which sets this place apart.

Popped in for a quick takeaway drink as we were passing by. Hubby had a flat white and really enjoyed the taste of the coffee. I had a hot chocolate and it was amazing, the best I’d had in a while. Personally, I find that so many of the big chains have a weak, milky, watery excuse for hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was actually chocolatey. The person who served us was lovely, polite and smiley. Would defo recommend takeaway and will be popping in to have a dine-in experience!

I popped in this evening just for a quick drink but ended up staying for a full meal—and I’m so glad I did. I was served by Max, who was absolutely amazing. He struck the perfect balance between being helpful and professional while also bringing a great sense of humour to the experience. I’ve been to Bills many times before, but Max’s service truly made this visit stand out.

That was the Bill’s, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going there. The English breakfast was a huge let-down – the mushrooms were anything but fresh, dried out and unpleasant, and the rest of the plate wasn’t much better. For a place that charges extra, I expected at least a decent breakfast.
To make it worse, they automatically added a 12.5% service charge, so instead of £14.50, I paid £16.31 for what I can honestly say was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had.

Visited here during my shopping visit to Rushden Lakes, and WOW! The atmosphere was lovely, we got to sit outside and enjoy the sun.
The food was so good and very very tasty. We even had milkshakes which were divine.
I highly recommend visiting for breakfast or brunch when in the area, it was so good! Parking was super easy as well. The staff were also very friendly and the service was quick.

Lago lounge - cool name, I suppose rather fitting for the rustens lake location, and an ok layout with the quirky design touches plus feature wall of frames, leather sofas, low hanging lights etc etc. No ambience at 4pm Friday afternoon. Perhaps a little too early on in the day. Background music was on repeat for more or less the entire time of the meal. Unfortunately the “dining experience” itself totally fell short of any sort of expectation based on a quick google search of this place prior to our impromptu visit, but the food … the food was so consistently bland throughout … sweetcorn fritters, quesadillas, and churros should be so full of flavour. And the prawns. Borderline burnt. How on earth do you get prawns wrong !? Bejng so quick and easy to cook 😂 I’m half Belizean / half East Asian and perhaps expected flavour slightly more authentic. I think these dishes have been so adapted to suit a different taste and far removed from any traditional version .

Time for an update on my review! Last time we came here, there was a really horrible manager shouting at his colleagues. We didn’t rate the place after that, I’ve avoided it ever since. We also had some dirty glasses. We returned a few days back for a friend’s birthday dessert, 18 months after my first review. The nasty manager wasn’t here, so automatically a better experience. I orderd the butterscotch and Walnut Cookie dough (£4.95) and Banana ice cream, which is charged extra £1.50 per scoop, and my wife ordered the Warm Chocolate Brownie bites with Pistachio ice cream and Coconut ice cream and extra crumb also charged at £1.50!! However, in the last few weeks I've been here a couple of times. As tje 1st time I got liver and onions which comes with mash, bacon and onions. So visited on Saturday 2nd March for an out of town visit as heard good things about this cafe. You can park outside of Tesco Express and if you cant then it is only a short walk. First thing to remember is this cafe is CASH only. So i ordered the Super breakfast £7.90( i dont have mushroom or tomatoes) but was offered an extra sausage so really good start. You get bread or toast with your breakfast and a choice of drink. I opted for the black coffee which wasnt bad quality. A tidy little cafe with plenty of seating and was clean. They have a vast menu to suit everyone and some of the menu items look really nice. Anyway back to the brekkie. Sausage really nice flavour as was the bacon. Lots of beans and the eggs were tasty too. Overall a really nice hearty breakfast with really quick service and a good price. The staff were friendly and i will be back to try other menu options.

Lovely little café. The food is decent, portions are great and staff are so friendly. It can get quite busy during lunch time as we had to wait 15 mins for a table but as soon as one was available it was well cleaned and welcomed for us. It's very sad that the Birmingham Resorts World branch and Leicester High Cross Branch permanently closed a few years month 😢. The toilets are clean and nice. We asked for a vegetarian option and this was catered for. They gave us our first drink despite kindly requesting that we would like it once we have the rest of it. The latte was replaced with reticence. This was unacceptable and a disappointment as the patrons of such establishments have high standards. The food was nice and the scones were simply delectable. We were given two drinks each when it used to be, to my best knowledge, unlimited. Obviously coffee beans are far more expensive so less drinks is more profitable. Two ladies were helpful and one was very miserable which detracts from the customer experience. Overall the views and afternoon tea for two was very nice but the service was poor. I've had better service from my local McDonalds. Overall l wouldn't recommend it but it's acceptable to visit if you really have to but there is a Greggs a few doors down. There is a decent selection of food and desserts but could be much better. This chain has gone downhill which is a great shame. Wake up and smell the coffee ☕️.

Well what a morning just spent 2 hours in the Rushden lakes store, unfortunately my wife’s auntie had a fall. The staff were fantastic big thanks to Denise and Sophie plus all the other staff for taking care of Anne and my wife Sara. Denise and Sophie stayed to take care of Anne the whole time comforting and helping her as much as they could whilst other members of staff brought us refreshments.its good to know what professional staff marks and Spencer have I cannot praise them enough we even had a bunch of flowers from a store manager.

The service was extremely slow. Yes it was lunch time but i feel their could have been better management.
The floor was dirty .
Food burnt, we ordered some chips and they were not really of serving quality, pointless complaining because there isn't a policy which says if the food is burnt send it back and we will give you more because it took about 20 mins pls for the food. Other people in their ordered vegetarian food and received backon on the food.
Some food items were out of stock yet still you are charged the same amount if an item is missing and you are not offered anything to make it up.
In this day and age if the cafe part isn't important as the clothes why have one? I don't feel like anyone really cares,its just a job.

Being vegan we were very excited that the entire menu was vegan and that there were some tasty bits that you could take home as well on sale. Excellent board game cafe, just what Rushden needs! A wide selection of board games, from classics to more niche games that will fit anyone's taste. Not to mention the variety of drinks and snacks on offer for while you game! Plenty to pick from, with different types of coffee and other hot drinks and lots of different chocolate bars and baked goods like cake and brownies.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and it's so easy to book a table if you want to. I've been a few times now and have introduced a few friends to this place. I'll definitely be visiting again when I can!

The staff are lovely, very helpfull and knowledgeable about almost all the games.
Great atmosphere. 2 hours flew by and had so much fun will be coming back again very soon.
Accessible bathroom and baby change facilities. Only downside is there is a half step which is still too high for electric wheelchairs so had to use own portable ramp to get in but once inside was made very welcome and comfortable.

I booked coffee and counters for my sisters baby shower today and it was brilliant. James was wonderful throughout the whole booking process, sending images so I could work out where to put decorations and answering all my questions quickly, he was also the one hosting us and was so friendly and beyond helpful in setting up and ensuring we had the space just how we wanted. The cafe itself is great, delicious drinks, a great selection of board games and a generally lovely environment. We loved this cafe with fabulous selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks. We spent most of the afternoon trying out a variety of different games which was great fun. Staff were really welcoming and knowledgeable and offered some great game suggestions! We will definitely visit again!

Great place to go for a few hours. Loads of board games, card games and more for all ages. My 6 year old son loves going and trying all the games! Great coffee and games date. Wide choice of games you can play in the cafe including some single player ones. Owners were really nice and are on hand to recommend a game or a cake. Coffee, milkshakes and sugar and spice cakes all really tasty.
Added bonus is that well behaced dogs are welcome and they do cater for them with doggy ice cream and pawchinos, which our puppy loved after the walk to get there.
