I came in to get my order and only my smoothie was in ready. I watched as only 2 people were actually working and preparing the orders while 3 other young people where just talking in the back. I waited over 15 minutes and asked about my food. It took them asking me several times what I had and asking each other. Then a young light skinned lady pulls my food down from the top of the shelf. I expressed my displeasure that my food had been sitting out and she said it would have been anyway. No concern for the fact that I have been waiting for food that was misplaced. I asked for the manager she said she was one. I asked for the corporate number because of her nasty attitude and she responded to look it up. So I requested to return my cold food, another manager came out and as I was explaining what happened the young girl was laughing and shaking her head as if she didn't say anything I told her boss that she said. The other manager stated she would give me a refund but I checked my bank account weeks later and I was never refunded. Even after she wrote refunded on my receipt. This was the most unprofessional and sorry service I have ever received. There are a bunch of young kids there who don't take their jobs or customer service seriously.
