However, my dad ordered an espresso, which we waited 30 mins or more for. He eventually decided to cancel his order and ask for his money back, but the man working the register didn't know how to give him his money back. He also left a $2 tip, which they wouldn't give back when he asked. So we left no espresso, but still paid for it. He was disappointed because Starbucks espresso is his favorite, but we did not have the time to wait any longer for it. We both understand it was during a busy time of day.
