The staff are wonderful and the kids hot chocolate & baby chino was fantastic. Unfortunately the coffee was not drinkable. I alway ask for a black coffee “made” warm not made hot with cold water on the side. This just weakens the strength of the coffee. It’s came out so hot you couldn’t touch the cup with a small jug of cold water. When I said this wasn’t right they offered to pour out some coffee and top it up. In some cases this seems acceptable but it real does weaken the coffee and affects the taste and it turn makes it unpleasant. I would only say that if you are charging for the coffee please listen to requests of the customer when they don’t seem unreasonable.
