I crave the pork spring rolls, the chicken balls with the red sauce, the sesame chicken and the chicken fried rice regularly. Thankfully my family is a frequent customer as we live in the neighbourhood. Every single time we place an order we get consistent taste, quality and temperature.

We ordered as a treat for Easter dinner. The food was stone cold and very dry like it was day old. The main dish we ordered was apparently "out of stock" and there was no attempt to contact us to see if there was something else we would like in it's place. Overpriced for 3 side dishes. I understand it was close to closing time but if you are open to take orders then cook them...dont just pass off old food and ignore requests for main dishes. I have lost count of how many times I've been for breakfast since 2023. It's definitely the best place for eggs benedicts I have tried in my life. I am someone who has tried in many parts of the world and still definitely one of my favorite ones.
The portions are huge, and the price is fair. Excellent service, the waitresses are really friendly and always make sure everything is alright. Hollandaise sauce and the dollar chips are the reason why it makes so special this place.
Also, the menu offers a wide variety of food, from classic breakfasts to some main dishes you would eat for dinner as well.

I don’t know from where to start with this place. Food is incredibly tasty all the times I have been there there is not time I say oh is not as good as last time. Dollar chips and their hollandaise sauce is the best I have tried so far , I go often to try different brunch/ breakfast places and nothing like this place. Portions are huge and price is decent. Waiters are always friendly and give always good customer service making sure you need something or how’s food tasting. So far this place is my favourite breakfast place in Peterborough. Our family enjoyed our takeout order. It was delivered through Skip The Dishes and was hot upon arrival. We live close by so that helps too! This is our first experience with Dragon Yan. The food was good! We ordered Chicken Balls with red sauce, egg rolls, spring rolls (vegetarian and pork), fried rice and chicken wings. Just ordered for the first time. I got the lo mein combo and a wonton noodle soup. Quality is super good! Best wonton soup I've ever had. The egg roll was also very good. We were in town for business. Stayed at Quality Inn, and ordered in. They delivered right to the door. The food was pretty good, but I was disappointed that the sweet and sour pork was separate from the sauce. It's just not the same. Everything else was good. And we didn't mind paying the $7 delivery until the driver said he got paid 7 bucks to drive 3 mins up the street. I would have rathered tip the driver more than pay a large delivery fee in relation to a small hike.
Portions were a decent size and we had lots of left overs.

Turns out I barely got any general tso in my order and it was mostly rice and noodles. Mine should not have had garlic in it , and I am allergic to garlic so now face 24 hours of reaction.

I've been looking a long time for a good place that offers amazing Chinese food. And SOOO glad I decided to order from here last night. The rice was amazing and not salty like other places. The chicken balls were cooked to perfection and not dripping with grease, and finally I found a spot that offers general Tao with a kick ( although it could be more spicy) the chop suey (vegetable) was perfect and wasn't salted with a waiting heart attack. I love this place!!!!! I could eat this food everyday (in fact i almost used to)!! The atmosphere is so friendly, and the servers Cindy and Cherry are phenomenal! Always happy and attentive. I love the roast chicken and their selection of sushi is very large. I always go for the hibachi grill during dinner time. The ice cream and cakes are a nice touch. The best times to come are 11am-3pm when they open for lunch, and for dinner 5pm-8pm. Prices are extremely reasonable with lunch at $10.95, and $15.95 for dinner. VhilChil are less. For starters the food was excellent, fresh and hot, very good noodles and the mushrooms were to die for. The butter triple seafood was amazing also. Sushi there is a little dry and not overly traditional but such is to be expected as sushi is Japanese. Their hibachi grilled food was exceptional and to me it was so good that, that alone could very well have been their main selling point. Friendly service albeit a tiny bit slow at times, except however for the hibachi grill chef, could have had a bad day perhaps but forgot to ask me if I wanted teriyaki sauce in my vegetables on my second go round. Desserts are typical of a buffet, not fresh or particularly dry and bland, or severely sugary, as a result I don't eat buffet deserts much. Clean tables, decent atmosphere but definitely looks are nothing out of the ordinary. Prices are okay, $40+ for me and my Fiance but then we got two adult dinners and two soft drinks so they're average for weekend dinner buffet prices. The service here is amazing. The menu seems pretty static, I've been there enough now to know what to expect most of the time. 1-2 dishes may change. Sushi is the best sushi at a buffet I've had - but not sushi house quality. Close enough to satisfy. I find the chicken here is the best in the city. Other dishes are hit and miss. I had a lovely experience dining here. The customer service was excellent, with a very kind waiter who regularly checked in on us. It held up well and tasted okay after being reheated. I finished it. I like that it’s filling.

We had a great experience at this restaurant! We ordered the chicken fried rice, fried chicken wings, and beef with broccoli. Serving sizes are large; plenty of food and all delicious. Ownership has changed hands a few times, we've never really noticed a hiccup, although we are not that adventurous with our choices. We ordered takeout this past Tuesday, other than the egg rolls and chicken balls, which were very good, everything else, the fried rice, the chicken chow mein, the General Tao chicken w/fries, and the honey garlic ribs were so bland.
