This is how it was written in the menu so I was expecting a fresh juice. I was served a very cheap bad quality concentrate juice instead. Again the menu is miselading and therefore illegal. I couldn't drink that sugar monstrosity. Even though I didn't drink any of it and they saw it, they didn't ask what was wrong and I was asked to pay £3. The whole experience was cheap nasty and against hygienic and customer service standards. The table and chairs were like the ones you find in conferences and they were ild and rusty. The cats' ears were full of mites so they obviously don't care about the cats either. While I was there one was went out in the streets and only the customers tried to do something about it. Outside the cafe there was a sign saying that they lost one cat and asking if anyone has seen it!!!!.......... Of course I won't visit again. The cats are adorable and I worry for them. They don't care about the cats, they are unhygienic and I am thinking of talking to relevant authorities about the cats' safety as 1) their litter boxes are not changed often enough if the establishmenr smells like this, 2) they are not cleaned from mites and 3) they let the cats roam out in the streets putting their lives into danger. New note: I just received a refund from the establishment, possibly because of this review. I want to make it clear that I don't care about the tiny amount of £9 I spent there. This experience was massive improvement from our last visit! The staff were very friendly and attentive and were prompt with our order. We loved the presentation of the afternoon tea it was so cute! To be fair the paninis were good, one sandwich was the wrong one and they had run out of crisps that was supposed to come with them. It seemed that only one staff was working doing the food and bringing it out. The jacket potato was hard so they said would remake it. whilst this was going on there the only other 2 tables were waiting for bills and to pay. When she got the bill it was the wrong one and actually our bill. The staff seemed very confused by what was going on. I don’t know how as there were only 3 tables of people in there. the atmosphere was awkward and we were all laughing at how they didn’t seem to know what was going on! i left the table to let some cats and there was a sudden loud crashing and banging and swearing coming from the kitchen and the cats looked scared. This was very uncomfortable and awkward for us customers.
