ワインツアーのガイドさんに勧められたお店、日本人シェフとスタッフ。ミシュラン１つ星、美味しくいただきました。

料理もワインのセレクトも素晴らしいもので、大変満足したディナーでした。 アミューズからメインに至るまで、盛り付けや味に軽いサプライズがありながらも絶妙な味と食感で楽しませて頂きました。 当たらず触らず、しかしながらピンポイントに説明してくださる日本人シェフご夫妻やスタッフの接客も、心地よく快適なものでした。 ブルゴーニュを再訪した時にはまた訪れます。 ご馳走様でした。
