Basically they have no concept of good customer service. If a pizza is made and it’s not up to customer expectations, offer to remake it. I’ve been customer service all my life, but the guy who runs this place had no concept of what it jeans to please the customer. They nickel and dime you and blame customer for anything wrong. I called and asked for a grandmas. But lately they have been putting such big globs of sauce on that you end up with little cheese on the pizza. So I called in the order and immediately called back to ask for sauce on side, instead of blobs of sauce all over the pizza which decreases the amount of cheese. He said sorry it’s already in oven. I said well I called right back and sat on hold for 6 min. Can you just throw some cheese over the sauce pipes.,,,so you want to pay for extra cheese? No I said, o just want to have the pizza covered w cheese. And can you put a little sauce in the side so I can spread all over? Oh so you want another if sauce…..it’s rediculous. No customer service . It’s like a take it or leave it mentality. Done ordering from here.
