What can I say? I eat out approximately 320 days per year because of work. This hidden treasure is nestled in small town middle America waiting to wow YOU. This was a most amazing meal. One of the top 3 restaurants I have visited in my entire life in America. The top Italian restaurant in our nation by a mile. Our server, I’m having a difficult time remembering her name, was 100% on point. She was incredibly busy and incredibly attentive to all of her customers. I will have to call and ask her name because she deserves credit, as well. If you want an experience that leaves you wanting more then this is the place. Just a meal, date night, birthdays, celebrations of all kinds, this is a premier venue. We had 3 people at our table and ordered at least 7 different dishes from pasta standards to ribeye steak. The soups were, bar none, the best I have ever had at any restaurant anywhere. All made from scratch. Everything was prepared to perfection and the place was packed. So this is their standard of performance. I understand this facility is run by three brothers. Fantastic job creating and managing this prime example of what any kind of restaurant should be. We will definitely be back for more. I don’t say this often but I love this restaurant.

I’m new to the area but last time I lived in Iowa I hated every place I dined out at leaving me with a “bad taste in my mouth” about food establishments in Iowa. I’m a cook at home and I often find myself saying “I could’ve made that better at home for less money” but at pasta bella the food is well seasoned and tasty. We came here today, Sept 21st around 5 PM, and it was certainly not that busy. The chicken was gone for half the time we were there. Very little pizza was out, and the salad bar was bare. Not once over 45 min did any worker go around to gather plates or clean tables that were dirty from people leaving. People had to go around looking for silverware and asking workers. I think the restaurant needs to work on keeping the food out on the buffet line like the other recent reviews have said, and clean up after patrons. It seems like it’s a reoccurring theme for this Pizza Ranch, sadly.

With that said, there is a waiter that typically works during the week. He is tall, thin, with dark hair and an amazing service attitude. I have been ordering online & picking up for a few years now. It's so convenient on my way home. I have noticed new faces, but I also pick up at different times than I used to. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her team of caterers were so kind at the wedding. They went over and beyond to make sure everything was just right.
