I was extremely disappointed with this because I had half a burger left and fries and gravy on the go still. I did not have time to bring it up as my biyfriend was also not impressed with his food and got half the price off his food. I loved the food but was extremely disappointed with the service as it was my first time at Firestone and for half my food to just be taken away was extremely disappointing! Update: Firestone mailed me a gift card with a generous amount to pay for mine and my fiancée night out and our 2nd and 3rd experience was aoo much better. I absolutely do love the environment and the food is amazing and the dessert menu is huge and really nice portions.
