I always order a large milkshake and they usually come in a clear plastic cup with a dome plastic lid and it has Carmel or something drizzled on the inside of the cup before they add the shake. The last two times I got different size paper cups each time with no lid and whip cream piled high above the cup that melted all down the side making it sticky and messy, nothing like the usual shake and nothing like the picture on the menu. Also milk shakes are supposed to be think and creamy and the last few I got were like flavored milk. I am not picky but I do expect the workers to know how to make there own speciality menu items.
