We were the first ones in. The place was beautiful, clean, and definitely had a good feel place to it. The service was quick. The bartender and the waiter were both helpful. There were so much to choose from the menu (see photos) they gave us reccomendations on what meal was a fan favourite etc. We ordered: "Nachos" to start with then"The Full House" burger and "The Chicken and Halloumi" Burger. The restaurant was less than a quarter full. The car park across the road is free on a Sunday and just a two minute walk away. No drinks so we said we ordered drinks too, she snapped back, im getting them now, no sorry for the wait or anything, so we mentioned we'd waited over half an hour for this, nothing but a blank stare from her, so we checked everything was in there & a cheeseburger was missing, a mayo chicken that wasn't even in the wrapper and falling apart. Everything was flat cold and when we told them it was cold & had missing items & even the mcflurrys were melted now coz of the wait they weren't even prepared to apologise, the 2 lads still apparently looking for our food were still nowhere to be seen, manager still stood behind not looking busy. Can't complain anywhere else because mcdonalds make it impossible to contact them but if you fancy mcdonalds, I'm begging you, make the journey to go to a different location because this isn't the 1st time this location has problems but the quality of service & product tonight has made me never wanna eat at any mcdonalds again. I've got empathy for service & retail workers, it's rough working with people all day doing a job you don't wanna do but they're not paid that badly for what is expected of them & under good leadership, its not a bad job, ive done it myself but the way this location runs is an absolute joke, its a shambles & whether you hate your job or the customers you serve, theyre still paying for a product with cash they also work hard for & it is a basic expectation that you sell it to a good standard. If you hate your job that much, then mcdonalds isn't for you & you need to find something else to do because serving food to people isn't for you, with that many employees on shift, you had to go out of your way to hand over an order like what we got tonight... its actually wound me up enough to make me want to complain to the people above your manager because a good experience at this location is not something I've ever had! 30 quid worth of food in 2 orders & all of it was garbage!
