ヒロの21のベストファーストフードレストラン

夜遅くて周りにやっているお店があまりなく、評価が高かったこちらにしました。 3人でパスタ、シュリンプスキャンピ、フィッシュアンドチップスを注文しましたが十分でした。 パスタはスープかサラダを選べました。 味普通、海老は大ぶり。 シュリンプスキャンピはガーリックシュリンプのような感じ。付け合わせに野菜とマッシュポテトがついてます。味はまあまあ。 そして楽しみにしていたフィッシュアンドチップス、まさかの2本しかない！！笑 そして何とこの量で22ドル！ぼったくりすぎて笑えます。味は普通。 スタッフも呼んでもなかなか来なかったり、極め付けは、閉店時間が近いからか、食べている真横でホウキで掃き掃除を延々とされ、埃が舞い散る中で食事をしました。 明るい時間は外も見えてかなり雰囲気は良さそうですが、ここまで高評価の理由が正直分からなかったです。 上記3品＋ドリンク1杯ずつで140ドル近くしましたので、値段もかなり高く、残念でした。

初めてのハワイ島で雑誌に載ってたのでディナーに寄ってみました。景色がとても良く、風が心地良い。鯉が見えるすぐ横の席に案内され、「こうやるんだよ。やってみな。」と、鯉のエサをくれました。注文するのに何を食べていいか迷ってたら、ウェイターさんがスマホを取り出し、写真を見せながら説明してくれました。そこでロブスターとパスタとスープがセットになってるものを注文。やはり量は多かったですが、別のウェイターさんが持ち帰り用の箱を用意してくれました。会計もスムーズにできました。チップはクレジットカードを出してから18.20.25%のどれかを選ぶ。店員さんみんな、陽気で親切でした。会計は写真のものを二人分で$90くらいです。

I don't understand why they allowed me order the item knowing they couldn't make it. If they told me from the start, I would have been able to order something else. I also don't understand why they even asked if I wanted to sub the rice for hashbrowns cause I didn't really have a choice in the matter. The only thing they wanted to do was get me out of the drive-thru cause they filled all their waiting stalls. Customer satisfaction is their last priority. This location used to serve the local breakfast deluxe on their all day breakfast menu but now it struggles to serve the item during their breakfast period. It's a good thing that I also ordered an egg mcmuffin to fill me up, but I had to assemble the sandwich myself as the cook didn't even bother to stack it. I used to visit this location 4-5 times a week, but the quality of service at this location has gone down significantly over the last 3 years and costs the same amount as any other restaurant in the area. Don't be like me and spend your money on something more worth the value.
