I would've given this place a 1 star but the staff was nice and the sushi wasn't dry ( i feel like a lot of the places around here have really dry sushi) Why i don't like the place is the ramen. It was the worst ramen i ever had. I don't like Americanized ramen so i tried to look for an authentic one and this place seemed different but i was wrong. It literally tasted like supermarket ramen. The noodles were stringy and soft, also the soup didn't have that umami punch. It also took a very long time to get the ramen, like an hour. It's fast food??? I had the Tonkotsu ramen and all i can taste was weak spice, no saltiness no umami. The toppings were all super small and cold. It’s a shame.
