The food was exceptionally hyped - deservedly so. The food was absolutely amazing. As wonderful as the food was, the service was diametrically opposed. We were denied the buffet although we were there before 4:00 - only for a second family to arrive 15 minutes past 4:00 to be granted access to the buffet. When I asked our server why she denied us the opportunity to eat at the buffet, she completely gaslit me and said, “oh, no, I didn’t deny you, I just said you were too late and had to opt for standard dining”. I’m unsure how that wasn’t a denial, but she went on trying to convince me that what she said wasn’t saying no and I gave up. I would have returned JUST for the food, but now, after the gaslighting, would rather spend my money elsewhere. On top of all of that, we had to ask for menus, our sides, weren’t offered any options on naan or raita - it was nuts. The couple sitting next to us asked if this lack of service was normal and we said it was our first time and wasn’t sure. They said it was also their first (and last time) and we discussed other restaurants to try in lieu of this place. Horribly disappointing… if service isn’t important to you, but good food is, this is your place. If you like warm, watered down lemonade ($5 each) and discrimination, this place is for you. We will NEVER go back despite how good the food was.

Received an expired spinach juice and no hummus or pita bread. DD wont give me my money back. The issue gas been escalated and they refuse to give me anything back. Even with a picture of the expired juice. If enough places mess up your order, DD only gives back so much. But if you keep getting messed up orders and missing items when ordering often, DD flags you as if you are the one doing something wrong. They will not correct wrong orders or give you your money back after a few. That's just the way it works with Door Dash. You end up paying when the restaurants messes things up. This is like a way better and healthier version of chipotle I think. I ordered the bacon wrap and I added the mad seasoning which is delicious and jalapeño ranch on a spinach wrap. The wrap itself was huge in side I could only finish half of it so I’m excited to eat the rest later today or tomorrow. The flavor was also incredible and it was a perfect amount of sauce to meat to greens. Plus now I know I have had my fiber for the day which makes me feel good!
