Ordered medium rare and got almost well done but we knew with the amount of people we would be waiting a long time for a new steak so we rolled with it and tried to eat it knowing it was overcooked. Needless to say, this was one of the lowest rated steaks I would ever give. The first bite tasted like garlic but absolutely no other flavor (good thing we paid for garlic butter) throughout the entire steak. It felt as if the garlic was an afterthought to provide some flavor to the steak. Truly disappointed because we wanted to like it - we love great steak (we've literally paid hundredes of dollars for steak flights and had no issue)!! Shrimp on top of steak were good so that saved the meal to some degree but shrimp can't cover not having any flavor. Also had the Southwest Bison burger and that was the highlight of the meal and very good flavor. All 4 in our party agreed that it was the best part of the meal next the rye bread.
