The flavour of the chicken was okay but it was overcooked and quite dry. The pork belly skin was reasonably crispy and the meat melted in your mouth. It lacked any seasoning though apart from salt. The pork was served with a sweet potato mash/puree that was barely warm which was not really appetising and the cubes of potato needed more cooking as they were barely tender. The broccolini was cooked perfectly. I mentioned the sweet potato temperature to the service staff who tried to tell me that the mash/ puree is not meant to be hot. I always serve mash hot. Overall an okay meal but nothing to be excited about.
