When the bowl initially came out it looked pretty good and I let it sit for around 2 minutes whilst it cooled down a bit because their food is all extremely fresh. However when it came to eating it I found there was no broth under the noodles despite it being on the menu description, the meat was dry and there was barely even any meat just fat leaves of bok Choi and an excess of noodles. They were dry and sticky and I ultimately couldn’t eat it as I literally got given plain noodles with no flavour. The service was lovely however and the workers were so nice so all they need to work on is their menu items. I would love it if there was a place that I could eat closer to there so I could have the falafel fresh off the press and meet up with friends there at lunch (as my office is 20 mins away) however with the location that isn’t doable so I’ll likely be trying their northern market stall. After waiting 1h for food and later trying to call and see what’s happening, I went to their shop cause no-one was answering, only to see that they had a note that they will be back on the 15th of the month as they are in holiday … so I waited until they’ve came back because the money for food have been taken out from my account and I had no doubt that we will sort it out somehow and was no point on leaving a review or try through the bank to get the money back .I’ve called when they came back , the owner seemed like he wasn’t believing that I placed and order because their website was closed although I explained that I have the bank statement with the transaction and also the website I placed the order from was linked to their google account and was showing as them being open but there is no problem I will come to the shop and show him were I placed the order on .When I went there , he was still questioning were I placed the order as that isn’t their website, showed him the transaction but he kept saying he had no order because his website was closed and the phone was ringing with customers that had same problem as mine . He answered all his calls but was never bothered to try and sort the problem with me , although I was right there … waiting for him…. Because he was still denying I placed an order whilst I was inside the shop to see if that order comes through and it did….
