We made reservations because of a recommendation and we are so happy we did. We came to Kauai with my parents and 4 of us were absolutrly impressed with quality of food, service & atmosphere. We ordered the the beet & candied lemon appetizer which was delicious. I ordered the Hawaiian Catch and the lobster was the best I have had (and I have eaten at several top reviewed lobster restaurants in Maine with fresh Maine Lobster and this was BETTER). The purple potatoes so incredible also. My partner had the Mahi Mahi absolutely loved it. My parents had the special - surf & turf. We all ate every bite because each dish was spectacular. We were so full but weren't going to pass up desert. We got the Ugi Custard and my parents got the pineapple cheesecake and donuts - again spectacular and we ate every bite. We left over full but it was SO GOOD. The prices are high but you don't get that atmosphere every day. Just do it - you wont regret it. Make your reservation in advance.
