A few of her sons were also cleaning tables. The food style is some what unique. It is not Tex-Mex or Spanish. It is more a fusion of Brazilian Mexican and Spanish I suppose - Latin. The three of us shared food. We started with a salad of kale and slivered apples. It was great and tasty. The next starter was chicken croquets. They were on a slaw with some dollops of red and green sauce. My lady got a taste of heat but my son and I didn't, again tasty. We had three entrees - pork ribs crusty skin but tender on a slaw, a long plate of scallops with some fancy sauce, and an amazing arroz con pollo that I have never seen before.
