It is all you can eat served family style, they bring it all out and will bring more of anything if you request. They also have a great gift shop I couldn't believe we got right in at noon no wait and place was very slow. Every place else we went while in area was hours of wait time. We had chicken and dumplings, pot roast, fried pork chops for main courses. Sides were candied yams, creamed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and green beans. Everything was outstanding, my favorite was the chicken and dumplings and creamed potatoes but it was all great. The biscuits were also top notch. Desserts were also very good we had one of each they offer. The cobbler was my favorite. Hand down the best food we had during our whole trip to gulf shores. I do feel that the no to go policy is a bit unfounded at least on the first round of food. I think paying 20 dollar per person and if you don't even eat all of the food they bring on 1st round then you should be allowed to take it home. Of course if you eat all of it and get more and don't finish I agree should not be allowed to take it home. They don't even have to go drink cups. That is only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
