I can't remember my waiter's name but he was new to the store and was super helpful and genuine. My first experience was amazing so after church today I decided to call for takeout for me and my fiance. There were only about 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant so there was no excuse for the waitress allowing the drinks to get that low. As a waitress myself, I know that when I'm slow I annoy my tables with how many times I stop by to check on them.The service was short and unwelcoming when someone finally did get around to acknowledging me. I sat at the bar waiting for my food for another 20 minutes (this time I was counting and it was in fact a full 20 minutes) and finally a lady came out and said they were out of chips and we were just waiting on fries. When I got home with the meal the fries were unsalted and my burger was cooked a very dry well done, even though I ordered medium.
