Our first visit today with my sister (who’s local) and raves about this place. Great welcome from the staff, helpful too as I was confused with which burger to choose (thank you Thomie). Food was really hot and tasted amazing. Fries with toppings was large but plain fries seemed a smaller portion. Overall a great place to go to.

Madison our waitress was superb and it was a pleasure to be waited on by her.

Absolutely amazing first time going for my boyfriends 30th we have eatenabt 2 trucks at events so was nice to finally go to where it all began. If it is your birthday you get a free drink (any off the menu and it can be alcoholic) quick service, amazing atmosphere and food. Special shout out to our waitress jess very friendly and helpful and informative kindly said we can switch beef patty out for chicken and she was honest with clever answer and helped my boyfriends parents who have never had a beefy boys before. The cost is really good for the portion amounts and quality. Best burgers and choices ever. Will defiantly be visiting again.

We came here for dinner, 2 vegetarians and 1 meat eater. The vegetarian options were good considering it’s a place for people who eat meat, I think there could’ve been more sides that were vegetarian other than fries and mac and cheese balls. Great upbeat and efficient service by waiting staff.
Great selection on menu. I ordered the *NEW* WAGYU meatballs arrabbiata ruffled ribbons pasta with chilli.
4 of us shared 2 garlic breads.
All the food was well received by all of us, wagyu meatballs exceptional and as it says it has a spicey sauce.

Lovely decor and atmosphere, the waitress was lovely and very welcoming however, a member of staff was slightly abrupt and impatient with us.
The food was lovely but we agreed that considering it is an italian place the bolognese should have significantly more seasoning and flavour to it.

We love zizi, the kids love zizi too ! The pizza's are lovely and always a big hit for us. Tonight we found the service was a little off and seemed to be less personal which is not like this place at all. We came here for a quick lunch the starters came out quickly and the garlic bread and olives was pretty good. Then we ordered our pizza the waitress said it might be a little bit dry but what came out was basically a mountain of leafs and the most dry and flavourless pizza I’ve ever had they came to check on us once but barley paid attention and just made a snarky comment about “I did say it might be a bit dry" it was more than a bit dry, we finished out food in around 20 minutes and sat around for nearly a hour for them to clear our plates they cleared a table that came 30 mins after we came and we just sat there waiting for ages. We enjoyed the evening with great food prepared right aways after ordering, the quality of the food was great and the pairing wines too.

One of the best Italian restaurant in hereford. We have pre book a seat and we have to pre book the dishes which we like to try. The restaurant is managed by a very good couple. They are the only staff in the restaurant and they do take care of the customers very well.
The dishes which me and my colleagues had was very nice. Unfortunately i dont know the name of the food what we had, but there was an Italian friend of mine who ordered the food.The food was really tasty.
There is limited no of seats and if you really want to try this restaurant then be sure to make a reservation before you go because it is always full.

Inside and outside under cover dining. The garden area is a nice spot for a drink and a quick bite, relaxing. Coffee was very tasty only problem was the order machine wasn't working we found that out after waiting 20 minutes for our drinks. Staff we very friendly though kept apologising. Food was running out so earlier the better I guess. Steak sandwich was nice, not chewy or greasy or full of hard inedible fat. So we'll done for a quality steak. Been going here a while for breakfast and it’s the best in Hereford. I always get the Full English and pretty much every part of the meal tastes great: the scrambled eggs are creamy, bacon crispy and not too fatty, the bread is nicely toasted, sausages good. The coffee I always get tastes very nice and every pastry has always been fresh and delicious. This is the only breakfast place I keep going back too. The only complaint I have is that the service is kind of slow and you usually have to wait like at least 20 minutes for food. But as long as you’re aware of that it’s fine ;) the staff have always been very friendly as well. The ambience is nice and chill and there’s never really too many people, you can even sit outside which is nice in the summer.

Wow! In the risk of being over the top this place is awesome and my only frustration is how long it has taken me to try it out. We went in to get out of the rain on a cold November morning and found a very warm and inviting atmosphere and were wonderfully received by the welcoming staff. We stopped for coffee and breakfast. The selection was very comprehensive, but we settled for eggs on toast two ways. The portion sizes were very good and the quality was excellent. The girls at Miros were absolutely fabulous today at our Sons wedding breakfast. There were 20 of us plus the usual walk ins to contend with. We had pre ordered our food and it was delivered and was lush. Everyone commented that the chefs were amazing too.

I was looking for a nice coffee and breakfast in Hereford and stumbled across Cafe Miro. Nice looking little cafe, smart and new looking. Has a great menu, not too many items, meaning what they do do, is very good. Meant to go in for the American pancakes, but ended up with the full English as it looked lovely, and I wasn't disappointed. My only downside would be the sausages though lovely texture, were a little lacking in flavour, and the coffee cups are not nice to hold, tiny handle means it's a funny one handed hold or weird two handed hold. I’ve been to the Sensory&Rye multiple times now and every time I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the very lovely and attentive staff. What I love most about it is that the food is incredibly fresh and often surprising, always tasty and beautifully presented. Food was very good, although starters selection was limited and not very varied (no pakoras, no wings, no prawns, which you might assume would feature as this is a Thai/Indian buffet). I recommend the Thai stir fry.
Service was shocking, specifically management. We got there at around 3:15, so assumed as advertised we’d pay the lunch rate which states on the sign outside is on until 4pm. When we got the bill, they tried to make us pay the evening rate, even though it was just past 4pm, and we arrived well before this time. The excuse we got from the manager was that we “got food from the left counter” and we “arrived after 3.30pm”. No one told us anything about this (and we also arrived before 3.30pm), to which he blamed on his staff by saying “some of my members of staff are just stupid”. After some back and forth he begrudgingly and in a rude way corrected the bill to lunch rate.
I can understand there might be some fine print or some limits, but the sign outside says clearly lunch rates until 4pm. If you have a cut off time, it’s up to the manager to train his staff. Dismissing and insulting their staff members is just irresponsibility and lacks leadership. Can’t blame waiters look so miserable working there, I feel so sorry for them.

Food was bland, expensive for what it was. The beer tasted like soap. In the Space of 5 minutes we had four different people ask us what our drink order I was even though we had asked for 5 minutes to read the menu. Constantly being asked if we were done with our plates while we were still eating on them. The desserts had no labels, no organization and was told there wasn't something in it when there was. Worst of all the cleaning standard of the toilet made me regret eating there it was smelly gross doesn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Biggest shoutout ever to one of the waitresses( I forgot to ask her name but she had red hair) for making my night so special. Let me tell you, I just had an absolutely phenomenal breakfast experience at Rocket Caffe. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. But the real star of the show was the food. I ordered the Traditional breakfast and it was absolutely delicious perfectly cooked eggs, savory sausage. The ingredients were clearly fresh and high-quality, and everything was cooked to perfection. This breakfast was exactly what I needed to start my day off on the right foot. We have been here a few times ages ago but today unfortunately the staff weren't the best. It wasn't just me that noticed either as a lady opposite had issues aswell. Service was incredibly slow, they all looked like they had the weight of the world on there shoulders and couldn't break into a smile. The girl serving us barely spoke and when I asked where the toilet was she just stared at me with an annoyed look on her face and pointed too the door. To be honest we don't tend too go out for food very often but I think it needed too be said. I'm not sure if they were having a bad Sunday morning or what but it just didn't look professional at all. We’ve stopped here twice now and have been surprised on both occasions on how good the food was! The flatbreads and pizzas are genuinely a must have, great for kids and families too, at a wonderful price. Adults meals are roughly £8-10, with kids at about £5-6, making it affordable and so so so worth the cost. There’s a lot of choice of drinks, whether you like your tea or your pop, and that continues to be the case for the food menu, within the realm flatbreads, paninies and salads that is! T he is has become a highlight of the day into Hereford whenever we take the kids out, and is always such fun. Just made the switch after having Jalsagor takeaways for 10 years, and so glad we did! Ordered lamb pathia, King prawn sag, chicken tikka nawala, chicken tikka Archari, various rice dishes all delicious and fluffy, a couple of different narns, chips and Bombay aloo.
You do receive complimentary poppadoms, but we only received three and one dip, so definitely order a couple more and some extra side dips if needed. Only complaint was the chips being a little soggy but still tasty, possibly due to transport.
We’ve tried two other Indians as well and nothing has come close to this place. Meat was Beautifully flavoured and cooked to perfection. The king prawns were absolutely huge!

A very good Indian Eatery in Hereford.
I’ve eaten at Mowchak many times over the last few years, both in the restaurant and takeaway.
The food has always been of an excellent standard - well cooked and seasoned and generous in portion.
The service has always been excellent. The owner is extremely personable, taking the time to chat and charm and makes it a very welcoming experience. Some of the other waiters could benefit from being a bit more attentive though, as we were waiting to make our order for a while and were not given plates for our poppadum. Food was quick to arrive and all very fresh.
Unfortunately the restaurant has often been quite quiet when I have visited. On the last occasion we were seated near the front and it was very quiet except for the sound of the aircon which made it quite awkward until the music was put on. Previously we have been seated at the back which feels less exposed and it’s great to see the chefs at work and has a lovely atmosphere when more people are in. The restaurant is comfortable and deserves to see more footfall!
Excellent food and largely excellent service. Great portion sizes and value for money with lots of veggie options. Huge credit to the owner who is such a lovely man and to the brilliant kitchen team. Will be back again soon!

Went to Mowchak on my own and was made to feel extremely welcome by all the staff, this for me was a huge bonus as it's never easy going to a restaurant alone for some food. I ordered a sheek kebab starter followed by a lamb dopiaza naan and pilau rice , starter came and it was absolutely beautiful, really fresh beautifully presented and tasted delicious, the guys serving me were fantastic and they all came to check I was okay d had everything I needed, again fantastic, then came my main, great portion sizes and piping hot, extremely fresh and absolutely delicious, I can highly recommend Mowchak as one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, from the details of the table settings, to the freshness of the food and the attention you get from the waiters it was 5 star heaven, it's not often I can write a review that merits 5 stars but I can genuinely say this restaurant most definitely merits the full 5 stars I have given it, I will 100% go back, even if I am again on my own as I know I'll be looked after! It's a beautiful little Gem of a restaurant and a definite must visit if in Hereford

You're a Condé Nast hotel for a reason...right! We stayed up in the Townhouse a separate building 50 metres away from the main hotel but nonetheless very good. Our room was cosy (which we knew when we booked). If I'm being picky I consider a double bed (we had a small double) could fit in the modest sized space but it was very comfortable all the same. Breakfast in the main building was fabulous. With a view of the castle moat and contemporary garden everything tastes better don't you think! Service was attentive, friendly and faultless. My eggs royale the best I've ever had (and I have the dish regularly). All in all a wonderful stay.

I have been a pizza hut customer for many, many years and regularly visit the restaurant and get take-aways.
Unfortunately, they have changed their pizza bases and the take-away I had tonight was awful. It was coated in a gritty flour, that was crunchy like chewing on sand. Came here with a friend for the unlimited buffet and safe to say, we got our money's worth with a combined 30 slices of pizza plus ice-cream between the 2 of us.
All the pizza was hot, fresh and tasty and had 6 different pizzas to choose from each time and pizzas were refreshed quickly.

Visited on bank hols and ordered three foods . Ramen is amazing ! Pork belly is well seasoned and grilled . The second one is katsu chicken rice , I would rate 3.5 out of 5 because rice is slightly undercooked and chicken is bit overcooked. I was excited to try this restaurant as it had great reviews and I love Japanese food. I ordered the Salt and Pepper Yakisoba but it came with the wrong topping twice and then unfortunately the noodles were undercooked and the tofu was very hard as if it had been fried much earlier. Love this friendly chip shop, can order ahead to save waiting, everyone is polite and helpful. The gluten free options are fabulous we have a couple of coeliac children so this is amazing we struggle to find a gluten free menu. We also were lucky enough to have a curry from Serena’s curry night and wow it was amazing can’t wait for the next one. Highly recommended this chip shop

I had my first order from this place and wasn’t sure what to expect. I went for the Naan mixed meat kebab roll ,and it was absolutely delicious! It's been a long time since I’ve had kebab that tasted this good. The portion size was generous too,I was full halfway through, but it was so tasty I just couldn’t stop eating.! 😉
I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing chip shop that offers so much more. Food is always freshly cooked and packaged carefully. I love the variety on offer. A couple of weeks ago they had a special night with curry that you could pre order. It tasted divine I will definitely be joining in on that one in the future. Malt and salt is a friendly and impeccably clean establishment. I love the fact you can book and pay online head for a time slot to collect it makes it so easy. I would highly recommend.

Sadly probably the worst chippy I've visited. Firstly, it's now cash only - had to order via their website in the shop which was challenging due to signal. During this time I made clear what I was ordering so they would have it ready - instead waited until it came through before starting so then had to wait another 10 minutes for food
Second the quality of the food was really poor. I had battered sausage and chips - the sausage tasted good but was dripping in oil. The chips despite the shop being empty and making me wait were soggy and slightly chewy as though they'd been sat for a while. Can comfortably cook better chips at home.
Thirdly price - given the service and quality, £7.40 for a battered sausage and chips is extremely high.
Certainly won't visit again and would recommend others go elsewhere.
