We ordered crispy chicken strips with jerk BBQ sauce and bangin calamari to start, both sensational. I was worried about the bangin sauce being too spicy but it was the most flavoursome, warming sauce that we wanted to lick the bowl clean when we were done! We then tried the jerk BBQ pulled pork burger, the BBQ jerk boneless chicken which comes with fried plantain, rice and peas and veg, a fried dumpling as a side and some scotch bonnet jam. The burger was packed with quality meat and bursting with flavour, fries were so crispy, the jerk chicken sauce was so good I kept having to dip my chips in it, and the dumpling was perfectly crispy and light. All their sauces are made in house and the ethos of the place is to bring a bit of the Carribbean to Cradley!
