Bad karma owner and very dirty hotel.
I arrived there at 9 am thinking I was going to stay for a night and paid 800rms. Then went to visit the fort and finished around 12. So instead decided to leave the town, which has really nothing else than the fort.. The owner didn't want to give any money back, for the room I used only as a bag storage for 3 hours, and definitely didn't prevent him to make any business with other customers as another room was empty. Bad karma! I didn't sleep there but the room was very basic and very dirty. Toilets/shower are out of this world, with open window giving on the stairs. I was given towels that were not clean and still wet. Owner also wanted to charge me 10 rms for soap! I would not have taken a shower there...
The room had a very thin metallic door with grid on the top, giving on a balcony giving on an internal court shared with many other properties and the court was the theater of people/kids doing their daily stuff there, cooking, and everything... what a noise that was, I am really happy I didn't stay there.
I met an old man on my way to the fort on the left in front of his guest house with rooms at 300 rms... maybe that would have been better.
I have been in many cheap and basic GH, and hotels in my journeys, but I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone, especially knowing they are just after your money.

Worst experience ever! The hotel staff shamelessly accused us of stealing their old, used towels. We mostly stay in luxury properties—why on earth would genuine customers steal two worn-out towels? The staff was extremely impolite and even used abusive language towards guests on call for missing towels. I had booked three rooms(for 8 people)—one had an extra bed but no extra towels, another had no towels at all (despite calling more than three times, we were given only one towel for two guests). I recently had the misfortune of staying at [Hotel Name] from 14th Aug'25 to 17th Aug'25, n unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The room I was allotted had a defective lock, which was a major inconvenience. Every time I needed to enter or exit the room, I had to call the staff to unlock it for me. This not only wasted my time but also made me feel insecure.
To make matters worse, my car was damaged in the hotel's parking lot. A bull somehow got into the parking area and not only broke the backlight of my car but also left a dent on the rear bumper. It was shocking to see such negligence in maintaining the parking area.
Given the issues I faced, I would not recommend to anyone. The hotel needs to work on improving its room maintenance and parking security to provide a comfortable and safe stay for its guests.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was quite rude and unprofessional. There seems to be a serious lack of customer service training — the team had no sense of how to interact with or respond to customers.
The food did not taste good, and the overall quality was below expectations. On top of that, the service was painfully slow. We had to constantly follow up on our order, and it felt like we were just sitting and waiting without any updates. Even after placing the order, they served the wrong items, which shows a lack of attention and coordination.
Based on our experience with the first order - both in terms of food and service - we decided to refuse placing any further orders. It simply wasn't worth continuing.
I do not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

I recently visited Chokhi Dhanaji Restaurant and was quite disappointed with the food quality, especially considering the prices. The dal makhani and dal tadka were poorly prepared — lacking flavor and depth, which are basics for these dishes. The roti served was so hard it was barely edible.
For the price they’re charging, I expected far better quality and taste. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations. I hope they seriously work on improving their food standards.

I was there on 9th august. We were told that your order will take 25mins to be served. But they kept us waiting for an hour and when our food came, it was delivered incomplete. Other guests were being attended properly but they did not paid any attention to us.
I would recommend aashirvaad dining hall for good taste and better save yourself from problem of waiting.
