It was cold, pasta was hard chicken parm was thick, and no crisp to it. Steak bland, unseasoned. Disappointing!! The manager comes over and asks how was everything I told him honestly disappointing he apologized and said it was busy which I understand to a point. When I tried to explain it wasn't okay others got seated after and food before us he said it was because we ordered a steak...( I guess it takes 2 hours to cook a steak to medium now a days who knew!) He said he could give us a comp. Dessert, I just wanted to leave so I declined and when I did he proceeded to keep making excuses and hoped id be back i told him absolutely not.
