The restaurant’s menu is built on the food history of Puerto Rico, highlighting traditional and indigenous ingredients. It was something we could not miss. We enjoyed each dish that was served and the story that the Chef and hostess shared. We savored every bite and patiently waited for the next course. We left satisfied and discussing our favorite dishes and how great the experience was. We would definitely come back as they update their menu frequently with new stories to tell! Things to note/response to other reviews: * Keep in mind this is an outdoor dining experience in a tropical climate, so there could be mosquitoes and other critters. * It is BYOB (for now). The food was really good…like surprisingly good! I got the corned beef hash and banana pancakes.
