Service was top tier. We like to think we are easy people to serve, but sitting just behind us was a group of customers that had something negative to say every few minutes. We also got like a different kind of Pizza with potato and sausage and that was okay. And the sauces were a delight to dip into. We liked the atmosphere; you can sit in the lounge area, or at the tables, or outside. There is a bookshelf with books and games for the kids. The lady was kind enough not to charge me and fairly so as I hardly ate anything and was kept waiting so long for very poor quality tasting food. I don’t think the average punter understands what a privilege that is. The pit boss is there from 3am to close and knows. They know every single person who comes in and they feel the entire experience of the establishment, week in week out - they’re deeply and emotionally connected to the success of the product.
