To paint a picture, the entire color of the steak was the color of the attached photo of the fat strip. After eating the steak, I went to eat the salad, picking out a cherry tomato as the first bite. It tasted and had the texture as if it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Maybe this is how the steak was cooked? I did not continue to eat the rest of the salad. The wait for our food was 50mins and when the table who sat after us got severed before us I asked if there was any sign of our food but was quickly cut off to say “the kitchen is under pressure”.
