We had ordered coffee, the main thing for which we wanted to go here besides the kids area. They took some 30 minutes to get that and in three attempts also, the coffee was abysmal. Just really really bad. They even screwed up a basic mocha frappe and had the most bitter coffee ever. My wife's normal cold coffee was very watery and they had not followed the basic requests. They need to get a chef / a basic person who can make good coffee. It is not rocket science. 3. The service was overall really pathetic. Took long enough to get coffee (and then the failed reattempts) that we couldn't order much food as needed to feed our daughter (30 minutes +25 minutes). Even then, we had asked for tissues after going to the counter since no one was coming on the table, took 15 minutes, got the bill but forgot the tissues. My wife couldn't eat anything there and couldn't have a decent coffee, came back just like that. This was not a good experience. I was gifted their tiramisu by a really close friend and I was expecting amazing desserts because of the great reviews that I heard from everybody around me. Basically the tiramisu had less of an espresso shot and it wasn't as coffee flavoured as you would expect it to be. The last and the bottom most layer of biscuit or cake wasn't moist enough and did not seem like it was drenched in coffee. The middle layer was also more like a cake like a very thin layer of cake instead of being lady finger biscuit which is supposed to be a biscuit? I am talking about how generally this dessert is made and they could be a different way that it is made. I liked the tiramisu a lot but it wasn't my favourite.
