We arrived without a booking, not realising the place is usually booked well in advance. The view alone is breathtaking, a perfect spring day in Queensland, right on the water. Then came the crispy battered oyster with ginger caramel and lumaboshi jellyfish, absolutely phenomenal in texture and flavour, easily one of the best oyster experiences I have had. Lunch was the famous Moreton Bay Bug Roll with mayonnaise, sriracha, gem lettuce and a soft brioche bun. They call it a snack, but it is a moment.
