It did have a smoky taste to the dish which I liked (and someone ate my left overs so I was bummed out). It was a homey dish and while it may not have been from scratch id order it again. Onion rings on a burger side were just the way I like them. Fat breaded and perfectly cooked. Curly fries were for my son but he was too tired to eat them and nobody tried them. Overall the wait to pick up was 45 minutes. It was dark inside so it seemed like a hole in the wall establishment but with pretty decent food! I would definitely get food here again! I then moved onto a flight, starting with a 4oz taster of the CALACAS DORADO Lager. Again just like the previous lager, it was really good & refreshing, the almost 100 degree day probably had a lot to do with it. My second taster was the HEX DRNKR Lager, my third & last lager of the trip here & as good as the others. The third 4oz I tried was the READY ROOM Red Ale. I loved that they had a red on draft & it was delicious & super drinkable for sure. My last beer in the flight was the SCOTTY DOESN'T KNOW IPA, a above average hazy, but nothing mind blowing. I finished off my trip here with a pint of the GALAXY DROPS IPA. Along with the lagers I had previously, it was my favorite beer of the trip. 🍻🍻✌♥️🍺☀️ All the usual seating options here including tables, hightops, rail seating & a nice patio area. The heat was on outside for sure so we hung out inside with the AC. The bartender was really friendly & even with a full taproom when we arrived was giving great & quick service.
